ideakickSF is the San Francisco chapter of ideakick.org and is organized by Trevor Goss, Nicole Imhof, and Dana Rosenberg. Currently, there are other chapters of ideakick in Seattle, New York and Los Angeles, and we've got more on the way.
ideakick was started by Trevor Goss in August 2010 as a way for people with ideas for new products or companies to present them in a group setting and get some early feedback on their concepts. (Format)
TICKETS: $15 online $20 at the door (space permitting)
Ticket price gets you in the door, plenty of drinks and snacks, an opportunity to present your idea to a room full of people (we'll have 12 slots available), and an edited video of your presentation when you're done.

*idea kicking: Anyone who is interested may present an idea they have been thinking about or working on to the group. The presenter gets a total of 10 minutes and will typically use 2-3 minutes discussing the idea itself. For however much time is left, other "kickers" in the room will ask questions, provide feedback and actively brainstorm. We'll time each presentation and at the end of 10 minutes, we'll move on the next presentation.

You want to hear about other people's ideas: Even if you don't have an idea of your own, you can always come to hear other people's ideas. Who knows... maybe one of them will be interesting and you'll want to get involved?
